Inclusive & Accessible.png

We ensure equitable involvement while striving for equality.

We offer alternative formats in our outputs, where possible.

We consider accessibility and wellbeing needs at the start of our work and we review these regularly.

We review language to ensure it can be understood and we provide definitions where necessary.

We make our ways of working and our working environments, both physical and virtual, as accessible, safe, and comfortable as possible with respect to traumatic stress, mental health issues, physical disability, chronic illness, sensory disability, and neurodivergence.

Inclusive & Accessible

Please remember that these principles capture what we strive to achieve, but we are imperfect messy humans who struggle, get tired, do mistakes, and are often constricted by the parameters of the systems and structures we operate within.
